Scope and content
Item is an audio cassette containing an artist talk by Graham Coughtry. Coughtry discusses his early career in Toronto in the 1950s and his influences, including time spent in Paris and Europe. The label on the cassette reads: "He talks about his experiences and development as an artist. He also discusses and shows slides of his work. Near the end of side 1, the tape of Graham ends and part of a lecture by Tom Hudson begins. At the beginning of side 2 an annoying hum is audible for a few minutes as Tom Hudson's talk continues and then Graham's talk resumes."
